Jeff Nunley, CMPS is a top Mortgage Planner for Evergreen Pacific Mortgage.  He started his career in the mortgage business back in 1995 and prior to that spent several years in the financial services industry. Since deciding to originate home loans full time, Jeff has consistently been one of the top producing loan officer in the area, along with managing a highly motivated and dedicated team.

 

As a recognized professional in the field, he has been asked to speak at mortgage events around the country, and has published articles in national publications.  Jeff has also recently completed two new soon to be published books on real estate investing.

 

Jeff has earned the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist from the CMPS Institute and the Certified Mortgage Planner designation from Mortgage Planner University.  He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.  He strives to help his clients fully integrate their mortgage planning with their overall wealth, financial and estate planning.
